### Job Title: RN Onsite Assessor

### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Onsite Assessor to join our team at Wellcove. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting Long Term Care Insurance eligibility assessments in the comfort of the client's home or facility.

### Key Responsibilities

* Conduct non-medical, observational assessments to determine client eligibility for Long Term Care Insurance
* Document client demographics, physician information, medication lists, and functional and cognitive levels of independence
* Administer cognitive screenings (MMSE or SPMSQ) and document client ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks
* Complete assessments within 90 minutes (approximately 1.5 hours)

### Requirements

* Current unencumbered RN licensure in state of practice
* Minimum of 2 years of home health experience or nursing in an equivalent area of practice serving geriatric clients
* Must have or be willing to obtain a professional liability insurance policy
* Must have a current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable vehicle and/or public transportation

### What We Offer

* Competitive rate of $95 per assessment
* Most assessment locations are within 30 miles round trip
* Opportunity to earn supplemental income on a PRN/As Needed basis

Assessments will be performed in the client's home or facility setting. Assessors are required to wear a mask and maintain social distancing, if asked. Client/Family or Facility for each assessment may have additional COVID-19 requirements.
