The Sevita organization is a leading provider of rehabilitation services for individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and other challenges. In this role as a Behavior Analyst, you will work in a dynamic in-patient campus setting where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children aged 10-17 with complex behavioral needs.
Job OverviewThis is a full-time position that requires a Master's degree in psychology, education, or a related field and active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. As a Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior analysis service plans, and creating individualized treatment plans to help each individual improve their behaviors.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBA-Ds, PTs, OTs, SLPs, LMHCs, Special Ed Teachers, RNs, Psychiatrists, and Pediatricians to provide comprehensive care to our clients. No billing or minimum billable hours requirements allow you to focus on providing quality care to those who need it most.

Responsibilities:- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
- Develop and implement behavior analysis service plans to address specific goals and objectives.
- Create individualized treatment plans to help each individual improve their behaviors and achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
- Master's degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification.
- Valid driver's license, current registration, and insurance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
