Role Overview:
This position involves the ability to interpret assembly drawings and/or bills of materials effectively.

  • Execute fundamental machine tool operations, including drilling, tapping, countersinking, and riveting. Familiarity with the essential types of brush holders and their components is necessary.
  • No formal educational qualifications are required; however, training and/or experience in utilizing measuring instruments and interpreting drawings is essential.
  • Willingness to learn to operate small machinery is expected. This role demands precision and accountability, as many tasks must be carried out independently after a minimum of 6 months of close supervision and on-the-job training.
