About the Role

The Store Manager position is a key leadership role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing daily guidance to store teams, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate strong leadership skills and set the tone for excellence in customer service, sales, and team management.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience, address complaints promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop store teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Expense Control: Manage payroll, inventory, and other controllable expenses to optimize profitability.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leadership experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Sales and Technical Skills: Strong understanding of sales strategies, technical skills, and ability to communicate complex information to guests.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with guests, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and adapt to changing circumstances.

Estimated Salary Range:

$58,458 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
