Job Summary

GE Vernova is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Combustion & Repair COE, you will be responsible for driving functional, business, and company objectives. This role requires a strong leader who can integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate a strategic vision for the COE, engaging teams to optimize performance
  • Provide leadership across the COE to meet customer requirements for safety, quality, cost, and delivery
  • Partner cross-functionally to align priorities and drive customer outcomes while maximizing business results
  • Analyze production labor requirements and implement capacity decisions within COE budget
  • Drive key initiatives including EHS, Six Sigma, shop productivity, lean, and inventory cycle reductions
  • Work with customers, functional leaders, and internal staff to meet organizational requirements
  • Provide leadership development and performance feedback to COE
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve technical challenges and drive product cost
  • Direct process and product improvement programs and provide process method excellence
  • Develop team members through growth opportunities, mentoring, and coaching
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Technical Discipline or equivalent experience
  • Manufacturing leadership experience
  • Minimum 10 years of manufacturing or supply chain related experience
  • Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
