Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Program Coordinator to join our team at TrueCare. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of current Community Engagement program objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and assist in the planning, development, and implementation of current Community Engagement program objectives.
  • Identify resources, partnerships, and community programs that will support current Community Engagement programs.
  • Keep program records/files and perform data entry.
  • Perform a wide variety of program activities as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in healthcare, human development, political science, sociology, criminal justice or related fields or equivalent work experience.
  • At least one (1) year experience in healthcare, or related field performing programming, education, case work, youth services and/or customer service to diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of program development or implementation.
  • Availability to work regularly outside of normal shifts.
  • Public speaking, computer literacy, including internet navigation and research skills, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Driving to other locations: proof of insurance, CA Driver's License, (a minimum of 3 years' driving experience) and a clean driving record is required.
