We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Home Health Nurse to join our team at Interim HealthCare. As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to children and families in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Direct Patient Care: Administer medication, insulin, and IV/fluids, and document patient progress and recovery.
  • Assess and Document Patient Conditions: Monitor patient conditions, report changes, and document patient information.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Provide Wound Care and Hygiene: Inspect and care for wounds, change dressings, and assist with personal hygiene.
  • Develop and Implement Care Plans: Collaborate with patients and families to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS) required.
  • Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position.
  • Certifications: Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
  • Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations.
