Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, including managing staff, maintaining store appearance, and driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage store staff to ensure excellent customer service and a clean, safe environment.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive sales and profitability.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor, inventory, and utilities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the convenience store industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Results-driven individual with a proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
