As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for planning and managing the work efforts of task team personnel, determining and monitoring subtask schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with all contract and task order requirements and quality standards pertaining to the task/subtask.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison with the customer task lead, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Responsible for operational and financial management of the project, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction by delivering quality performance of contractor support, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Manage, control, and execute activities associated with the development of plans under the program contract to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations, including cost, schedule, and quality, while maintaining company profit motives.
  • Communicate new requirements, concerns, and issues to PMO for resolution, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Provide for the welfare of the personnel and the enhancement of the contract, including optimizing the balance between resources of manpower, equipment, time, materials, and money.
  • Responsible for keeping the Company, Corporate Management, and interested US Government personnel apprised on current status of operations and maintenance and any other special interest items.
  • Perform all other position-related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required or equivalent.
  • 5 years of supervisory and management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in planning, managing, supervising Contractor Support Operations, with a strong understanding of contract management principles.
  • Experience with managing subcontractors, including negotiation, contract administration, and performance management.
  • Experience working with Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane, with a strong understanding of the organization's mission and objectives.
  • Written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, as well as producing quality reports.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Security Clearance, with US Citizenship required to obtain a secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Military and/or civilian experience with Airborne EW systems and platforms.
  • PMP Certification.
