We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a manufacturing cooperative education participant. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in a department relevant to your field of study. Our highly trained workforce plays a pivotal role in producing high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shadow current employees to gain knowledge about manufacturing practices, procedures, and functions.
  • Work with multiple departments to gain diverse and hands-on training necessary for your field of study.
  • Learn, understand, and assist with documentation relevant to your experience.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, you will be required to work in a standing, sitting, or bent position for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds. You must be able to perform physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation and wear personal protective equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Basic math skills.
  • Effective communication through written, verbal, or other means.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints.
