We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Radiology Tech to join our team at HCA Florida West Hospital. As a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supervising subordinate personnel, and ensuring the smooth operation of our imaging services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Patient Care: Perform imaging procedures, including radiography, fluoroscopy, and computed tomography, while maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction and safety.
  • Supervision and Evaluation: Supervise and evaluate subordinate personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of patient care and departmental performance.
  • Department Operations: Coordinate the flow of daily activities, manage schedules, and maintain equipment and supplies to ensure efficient and effective departmental operations.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, implementing policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements and improve patient outcomes.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Interface with other departments, physicians, and staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, promoting a positive and customer-oriented work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a two-year accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Experience: Minimum three years of directly related experience in a hospital setting.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
