Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Hearing Instrument Specialist / Audiologist to join our team in Rockford, IL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers and offering a free hearing screen
  • Analyzing test findings and making recommendations based on the customer's hearing loss
  • Recommending and dispensing assistive listening and hearing solutions
  • Educating patients on how to use and maintain hearing aid devices, providing demonstrations and information
  • Following up with patients to ensure satisfaction with their assistive listening and hearing devices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and/or an Audiologist certification
  • A passion for helping people hear better
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills, with autonomy to make decisions
  • Excellent follow-up skills
