We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team at Pritchard Industries. As a General Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a healthy, safe, and sanitary environment for all employees and visitors.

  • This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with supervisors and colleagues to complete tasks effectively.
  • Prior cleaning experience is highly valued, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • You must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and have reliable transportation to commute to work.
  • A professional attitude and appearance are essential for this position.

In exchange for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of $19.40 per hour and a part-time schedule of 25 hours per week. Additionally, you will be eligible for our Health Benefits Package, which includes ancillary benefits such as Life insurance, Long Term Disability, FSA, and Dependent Spending care. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our 401K plan.
