  • Work with staff to ensure food quality, presentation, and customer service standards are met.
  • Manage merchandising, inventory controls, and product requisitioning.
  • Participate in cost control measures, performance improvement standards, and policy development.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, including the Joint Commission, Title XXII, OSHA, and California Department of Public Health.

**Requirements**

  • Experience working in a high-volume fast-paced retail/restaurant environment.
  • Supervisory experience and skills to effectively lead and delegate tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with inventory management and scheduling software.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulatory requirements and customer relations skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Serv-Safe Manager certification.
  • Experience working with union contracts.
