Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register new patients, providing them with information about their visit
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
  • Communicate with patients, providers, and coworkers to ensure seamless operations
  • Collect co-pays and manage insurance authorizations and verifications
  • Provide patients with information about their next appointment and respond to their inquiries
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Assistant
  • Medical or healthcare industry experience is highly desirable
  • Insurance knowledge and strong communication skills are essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
