Role Summary
We are seeking a Heavy Civil Senior Project Manager to oversee and enhance project performance and outcomes. This role involves collaboration with Superintendents, Foremen, and fellow Project Managers to manage schedules, track progress, and handle submittals while efficiently managing Requests for Information (RFIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, safety protocols, and quality assurance.
  • Develop strategic goals and provide updates as necessary.
  • Conduct risk management and coordinate activities among various teams.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including reports and progress updates.
  • Oversee financial aspects such as expense approvals, cost estimates, and change orders.
  • Ensure that Superintendents and Foremen receive necessary support and materials.
  • Collaborate with estimators and superintendents in selecting subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Mentor Project Engineers and other Project Managers.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in wastewater treatment construction projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience as a Construction Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or Project Superintendent.
  • Strong professional communication skills.
  • Familiarity with construction-related terminology.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Google Suite, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current First Aid and AED certification.
  • Training in Confined Space and Fall Protection.
  • Experience with Procore or similar project management software.
  • Familiarity with Blue Beam and Computer Ease.
  • OSHA 10 Certification.
Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $108,000 - $150,000 annually
