Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee the entire construction project from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, labor crews, and other teams to ensure the project stays on track.
  • Ensure that all construction work is executed according to project specifications and high-quality standards.
  • Maintain safety protocols on the job site, perform safety checks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Manage on-site personnel, including participating in hiring decisions and performance reviews.
  • Oversee the procurement and management of construction materials and equipment.
  • Address any delays, emergencies, or issues that arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or in Construction Technology preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead construction teams and manage multiple aspects of a construction site.
  • Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, write emails, and provide client updates.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills to handle site challenges effectively.
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Construction Safety or Project Management.
  • Experience managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Active General contractor's License with the state of Utah.
  • LEED Accreditation for sustainable construction projects.
  • Experience working in food and beverage manufacturing sites specific to construction and projects.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, or other site structures as needed.
  • Ability to lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds.
