Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Demolition Estimator to join our team at Tiny's Construction, LLC. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimation or project management, with a focus on demolition projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough reviews of project documentation to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Perform on-site assessments to gather essential information for accurate estimation.
  • Develop detailed project budgets, timelines, and schedules, considering relevant factors and variables.
  • Prepare professional proposals that address client needs and project requirements.
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in construction estimation or project management, with a focus on demolition projects.
  • Expertise in project management principles and practices, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in utilizing industry-standard estimating software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

**Benefits:**
