Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards.
  • Train field staff on safety protocols and best practices.
  • Analyze incident data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by law.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A strong background in construction industry safety is essential.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable but not required.
  • OSHA-510 certification is preferred but not necessary.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are required.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $82,000 - $108,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, Tiny's Construction, LLC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
