About the RoleThe Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for coordinating and delivering patient-centered care in our Burn Unit. As a CNC, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality care to our patients. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in supporting our staff and promoting an unparalleled patient experience.
Responsibilities- Partner with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care
- Assist with admission and discharge processes
- Support improved outcomes and service through collaboration with subject matter experts and leadership team
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement
- Assist with staff scheduling
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 60 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) certification within 60 months of employment start date
- Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma
- Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Registered Nurse
HCA Florida Blake Hospital is a 383-bed hospital located in Bradenton, FL, with a 13-acre campus by the Gulf Coast beaches. We are the only state-designated Level II trauma center in Manatee, Sarasota, and DeSoto Counties, and we have received verification by the American College of Surgeons. Our services include 24-hour emergency care, open-heart surgery, burn care, cancer care, joint replacement, and inpatient rehabilitation. We are committed to developing our colleagues through cross-training, ongoing skills development, and continuing education courses.
