Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
    • Minimum 5 years of mortgage banking experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
    • Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and industry standards
