Position: Ophthalmic Surgical Technician

Role Summary:
As an integral member of our surgical team, you will assist in various procedures including Lens Replacement, Cataract Surgery, and Laser Vision Correction techniques such as SMILE, LASIK, and PRK. While prior experience is advantageous, we are open to training motivated individuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in pre-operative and post-operative care, as well as laser technology operations.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Utilize strong organizational and computer skills for effective workflow.
  • Maintain the ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Quickly learn to operate various diagnostic equipment and assist in multiple surgical procedures.
  • Exhibit precision and the ability to follow directions accurately.
  • Prior experience or education in sterile techniques is preferred.
