Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Jarrett Logistics. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing, as well as providing support to our customer service team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and verify insurance and 401k deductions
  • Collect and review tax forms
  • Audit monthly insurance bills
  • Create and review merit letters
  • Monitor timecards for accuracy
  • Assist with light accounting and auditing responsibilities
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
