- Work Schedule: Various schedules, including 10-hour and 12-hour shifts
- Call Schedule: 24-hour coverage, with one day of call per week and one weekend per month
Work Environment:
- Hospital Setting: Level 2 trauma center with over 500 beds
- Coastal Community: Located in a beautiful coastal area
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $235,000 or $245,000 base salary, depending on commitment level
- Sign-on Bonus: Up to $30,000, depending on commitment level
