About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead our mechanical discipline team through projects from early concept to construction completion. As a senior mechanical engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a portfolio of ground-breaking projects in various market sectors, including commercial, education, government, healthcare, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and plan sustainable mechanical systems for buildings and facilities
  • Lead technical communication with clients on MEP topics
  • Act as an Engineer of Record
  • Oversee the overall quality of the engineering design, including code and client expectations
  • Lead assigned project teams and participate in budgeting, scheduling, and staff management
Requirements
  • Experience in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
  • Current PE license
  • Highly technical in HVAC design with at least 15 years of overall experience
  • Leadership, mentorship, and technical capabilities to successfully delegate and provide mentoring to younger staff
