About the Position
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are eager to learn from on-the-job training. As a Dedicated Construction Support Specialist, you will operate and care for construction equipment and machines, help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary, and perform site clean-up among other responsibilities.
Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain construction equipment and machinery
* Assist craft workers in their daily tasks
* Prepare construction sites by removing obstacles and hazards
* Load or unload construction materials
* Assist with the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures such as scaffolding
* Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to a safe working environment
Requirements
* Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous tasks
* Ability to work in all weather conditions
* Must be punctual and reliable
* Previous experience as a general laborer in the construction industry is required
* Possess good communication skills
Compensation and Benefits
