Truss Assembly Supervisor

At US LBM Holdings, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Truss Assembly Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly process and ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the work of a team of truss assemblers and leads to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
- Develop and implement safety training programs to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor production workflow and make adjustments as needed to meet production goals.
- Collaborate with the maintenance department to ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Provide excellent customer service and participate in a positive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 4-6 years of industry experience, preferably in truss assembly.
- Ability to read a tape measure and use a hammer.
- Ability to learn to operate equipment such as routers, saws, presses, and staple guns.
- Excellent teamwork and customer relationship skills.
