Pay :$17.00Schedule: - Monday-Friday from 6:00 AM-2:30 PM or until 4:20 PM - Could extend until 6:00 PM once the workload picks up
Position Overview- Assist a Compounder II - Gain entry-level knowledge of equipment and processes - Learn to perform basic setup, adjustments, mixing, and breakdown of a specific machine
Position Description - Shadow and learn how to run a specific machine - Acquire knowledge of basic operations for other machines and equipment - Learn to assemble and disassemble a specific machine - Gain basic knowledge of raw materials and how they affect the batch during mixing - Execute minor adjustments and perform troubleshooting as needed - Ensure all paperwork is filled out clearly, legibly, and accurately using Good Documentation Practices (GDP) - Document all required information in-accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Adhere to all Company Policies, SOPs, and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) - Follow all required work safety practices, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas - Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Position Requirements - High School Diploma or equivalent required - Must be able to lift 50 lbs. - Experience within the food and beverage industry preferred - Aptitude for working on mechanical equipment - Acceptance of direction and supervision with the ability to learn quickly - Skill in organization, prioritization, and attention to detail - Effective verbal communication skills, fluent and proficient in English (Bilingual is a plus) - Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to sensitive food ingredients and allergens - Work well in a fast-paced and always-changing manufacturing environment - Possess basic math skills, including counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure (whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals) - Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays - Required to pass all pre-employment screens (including drug, background, and criminal checks)
