Pharmacist - Cannabis Specialist

In this role as a Dispensary Pharmacist, you will provide exceptional patient care and mentorship to our team members while ensuring compliance with regulations and company protocols.

This part-time position requires a skilled professional who is passionate about medical cannabis and possesses excellent communication skills.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA policies and procedures
• Conduct consultations and provide accurate information to patients in a compassionate manner
• Mentor and motivate store staff on compliance, products, and customer service
• Stay up-to-date on cannabis research and invest in ongoing learning
• Foster a culture of positivity, professionalism, and compliance
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and execute company programs for customer service, state compliance, and safety
• Guide patients on cannabis recommendations and product selection

• Bachelor's or Doctoral degree in Pharmacy from an accredited university
• Active medical/pharmacy license and registered medical professional
• Cannabis knowledge and experience required
• Pass comprehensive background check
