Critical Care Nurse

West Tennessee Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team. As a Critical Staffing RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Job Summary:The Critical Staffing RN is responsible for providing direct patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee.
- One year of experience in a critical care setting, preferably in a hospital environment.
- Strong clinical skills, including assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
