We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at West Tennessee Healthcare. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our CVICU unit.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, ensuring timely and effective communication with healthcare teams.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring that patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuity of care and promote a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee. Certifications: BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred. Experience: N/A
