**Job Description:**

As a Front Office Manager at RMS Construction LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all guests receive exceptional customer service and experience a memorable stay. This includes supervising and training front desk staff, monitoring and responding to guest issues and complaints, and collaborating with other department heads to coordinate resources and tasks.

A competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year is on offer, along with opportunities for career advancement and professional development. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and leadership skills, with a minimum of two years' experience as a Front Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train front desk staff to meet and exceed established hotel standards.
  • Monitor and respond to guest issues and complaints in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate resources, tasks, and systems related to the front desk and bell-staff.
  • Establish a positive work environment within the department and throughout the hotel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Two years' experience as a Front Office Manager.
  • Excellent guest services and management skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
