Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising building construction projects.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools relevant to commercial projects.
  • OSHA 10/30, CPR, and First Aid certifications are preferred.
