Educational Background & Experience:
A High School Diploma or GED is required.

Essential Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the use of basic hand tools and precision assembly instruments such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and torque wrenches in an industrial context.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and detailed blueprints/drawings.
Experience in the assembly of high-precision automated machinery.
Capability to identify issues and provide constructive feedback and solutions during assembly and testing phases.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience (not mandatory):
A strong mechanical aptitude.
A vocational degree or certification in a related field.
Basic understanding of fabrication techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative team player who can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently while remaining focused on tasks.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in assembly tasks utilizing various shop equipment, hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring devices such as dial indicators, calipers, and micrometers to meet build specifications.
Follow assembly drawings, worksheets, parts lists, test specifications, and other instructions, both written and verbal.
Ensure dimensional accuracy in assemblies using torque wrenches, fixtures, tooling, and gauging.
Contribute positively to the team environment through productivity, initiative, cooperation, data collection, and a positive attitude.
