We are seeking a highly skilled Anesthesiologist Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at Emory University Hospital Midtown. As a vital part of our integrated academic healthcare system, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures, including oncology, vascular, neuro, and orthopedic surgeries.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations, administer anesthesia, and monitor patients' vital signs during procedures.
- Participate in research projects and contribute to the development of new anesthesia protocols.
- Master's degree in Anesthesiologist Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist program from an accredited institution.
- Current certification in Anesthesiologist Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
- Biannual certification through Continuing Medical Education credits.
- Competitive salary range of $198,000 - $230,000 per year.
- Eligible for extra duty pay, overnight shift allowance, CME time-off & allowances, and Student Loan Repayment program.
- 37 days of PTO per year, life insurance, and retirement program options.
- Reimbursement of State/National Licensure/Certification renewals, one professional association membership, and AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS renewals after start date.
