Job Description

This Compensation Analyst role plays a key part in our efforts to advance our compensation philosophy. You will provide critical support to business leaders, drive pay decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure externally competitive, internally equitable, and legally compliant outcomes.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct regular reviews of compensation plans to ensure competitiveness in the market and alignment with industry best practices.
  2. Create materials, develop training, and conduct meetings to effectively communicate compensation programs and practices.
  3. Manage compensation projects from design to execution, including modeling, project planning, communication, and training.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, human resources or a related field required.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a compensation analyst, preferably in a Center of Excellence compensation team.
  • Experience with DayForce or other human capital management software.
