National Recruiters is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a per diem basis. As an LPN with National Recruiters, you will have the flexibility to customize your schedule and earn supplemental income while maintaining an autonomous relationship.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Perform assessments in patients' homes within your local area, typically taking around twenty to thirty minutes.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including point-of-care testing, and identify diagnoses for care management.

**Requirements:**

• Valid unencumbered LPN license.
• Minimum of 3 years of patient care experience (preferred in primary care/adult/geriatric settings and EMR skills).
• Strong empathy, compassion, and friendliness.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Available for at least 18 hours per week.
