Regulatory Compliance Coordinator RN

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing activities designed to promote regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
The ideal candidate will have 4 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting, including experience with regulatory requirements. You will also need to stay informed of regulatory/standards changes and interpret their applicability across patient care, ancillary, and general departments.
Your key responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and maintaining processes to manage the reporting, investigation, and resolution of regulatory issues. You will also guide action plan development, performance monitoring, and reporting when deficiencies are identified to reduce the risk of noncompliance.
You will work collaboratively to identify best practices, ensure survey readiness, and prepare/deliver compliance communications and training throughout the organization.
