  • Ensure a consistent flow of cheese to the wrapping station during cutting processes.
  • Oversee trim utilization and compute the required pounds for orders.
  • Support sanitation and upkeep of production equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to uphold food safety and partner safety standards.
  • Execute all necessary PCP and CCP evaluations.
  • Adhere to contingency plans for outages and customer specifications.
  • Document precise production metrics.
