Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to newborns and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive care to newborns in the NICU, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of neonatal conditions
- Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct rounds and provide updates to families on their newborn's condition
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master's degree
