The RoleWe're seeking a compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team. As a telemedicine therapist, you'll work collaboratively with prescribers to provide holistic care for your clients. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to schedule sessions during traditional business hours, evenings, or weekends.
This is a 1099 independent contract role. You must be licensed in at least one state, with the option to obtain additional licenses upon starting. Requirements include:
- Independently licensed therapist in the US (Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Social Work)
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent
- Experience diagnosing mental health disorders using DSM-5 criteria
- Maintain strong evidence-based clinical skills and practice outcome-focused care
- Empathetic and intuitive listening
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Crisis response knowledge
- Autonomy in a telemedicine environment
- Tech-savviness with various systems and tools
