Join Our Team as a Crane Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled Crane Operations Manager to enhance our operations in Yarimca, Trkiye.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the Quality Control (QC) and Rubber Tyred Gantry (RTG) Technicians in executing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and monitoring crane systems to ensure seamless port operations.
- Develop and manage daily work schedules for QC and RTG Technicians, ensuring timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair services for cranes and associated machinery.
- Maximize crane operational availability by accurately diagnosing issues and coordinating with technical teams, dispatchers, planners, and supervisors for maintenance activities.
Engineered Maintenance Strategy:
Accountable for adjustments to the Equipment Maintenance Plan based on thorough analysis of asset failure data. Notify inventory management of necessary changes in stock levels to align with task frequency.
MRO Adjustments:
Responsible for evaluating spare parts usage and failure data to establish appropriate stock levels, utilizing failure data and simulation modeling in line with the Engineered Maintenance Strategy.
Your Profile:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional training is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in reliability and mechanical maintenance.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
