Job Summary

The Plant Manager is responsible for the product realization for all lifting equipment manufactured in the Victorville, CA facility as well as all supporting operations in the Anaheim office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads the cross-functional team from Purchase Order to Delivery of all custom engineered fabricated crane systems and OEM distributed products.
  • Partners with local sales and service leaders to ensure an excellent customer experience through the entire delivery and field installation process as well as after-sale inspection and service.
  • Works with the Regional Sales and Service Managers to develop the annual branch budget and leads fabrication execution to achieve the sales and profitability targets.
  • Leads engineering, project management, and fabrication team in project tracking to ensure financial goals are met and customer satisfaction achieved.
  • Creates a high-performance culture through servant leadership and relentlessly driving continuous improvement throughout the entire organization.
Requirements
  • Adept at analyzing and explaining a manufacturing P&L.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent informal sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
