Universal Pediatrics, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a Home Health Care Professional. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young adults with medical needs and chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled medical care to clients in their homes, including assessments, medication administration, and therapies, treatments, and interventions as scheduled in accordance with the plan of care and physician's orders.
  • Partner with the interdisciplinary team, including the family, to ensure effective communication and build relationships.
  • Support and educate clients and families to help them be successful in managing their care.
  • Advocate for clients and families to promote and support growth and development.
Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse licensure, without restrictions.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto liability insurance coverage.
  • CPR certification required but may be obtained after hire.
  • COVID-19 vaccine compliance.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
