- Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process, including room assignments and payment processing.
- Offer personalized services to guests, such as making reservations, providing directions, and sending surprise gestures.
- Monitor customer accounts to prevent revenue loss and adhere to hotel policies regarding cash banks and inventory control.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and safe work environment and report any safety issues to management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to interpret instructions, read, write, and speak effectively in English.
- Knowledge of reservation and POS systems, with proficiency in operating software.
- Strong multitasking and detail-oriented skills, with a focus on teamwork and autonomy.
