  • Offer personalized services to guests, such as making reservations, providing directions, and sending surprise gestures.
  • Monitor customer accounts to prevent revenue loss and adhere to hotel policies regarding cash banks and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and safe work environment and report any safety issues to management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to interpret instructions, read, write, and speak effectively in English.
  • Knowledge of reservation and POS systems, with proficiency in operating software.
  • Strong multitasking and detail-oriented skills, with a focus on teamwork and autonomy.
