Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift at our manufacturing plant. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining smooth operations across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks on building and grounds to prevent downtime and ensure a safe working environment
  • Respond to and resolve work orders assigned by the Maintenance Scheduler in a timely and effective manner
  • Inspect and diagnose equipment issues to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
  • Assist with the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment within the facility

Requirements

  • 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work with mechanical systems and understand manufacturing processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in relevant software and diagnostic tools

Education and Certifications

High School Diploma or GED required
