Experienced Concrete Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Craftsman to join our team at Kreofsky Building Supplies in Plainview, MN.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of concrete-related tasks, including physical labor, equipment operation, and maintenance.

• Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, placing, and finishing concrete
• Operate jackhammers, drills, and other power tools to break up concrete or pavement
• Position, join, align, and seal structural components such as concrete wall sections and pipes
• Assist in framing of both wood and metal framed buildings
• Handle and install steel sidewall and roof panels and basic sheet metal trim and accessories
• Tend pumps, compressors, and generators to provide power for tools, machinery, and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on tools and equipment
• Follow instructions from Construction Foremen, Project Managers, and Division Managers
• Understand and follow all company safety rules and regulations
• Maintain site cleanliness and store tools, equipment, and building materials properly
• Demonstrate integrity and honesty in all work activities

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in concrete construction
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
• Basic problem-solving skills and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures

• $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
