Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and verify medical information to ensure accurate patient care
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and implementation of nursing interventions
  • Work closely with doctors and other team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in patient education and support to promote holistic care
Requirements
  • Active LPN license in North Carolina or Virginia
  • Nursing diploma or degree from an accredited program
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • De-escalation and physical intervention training (dependent on specialty)
