We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our inventory, as well as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular audits of shipments and warehouse cycle schedules to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Inspect freight and products for correct quantities and conditions, and research any discrepancies.
- Prepare, review, and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide basic maintenance to equipment, including cleaning, inspecting, and replacing labels and ribbons.
- 6 months experience in clerical related responsibilities, such as filing, data entry, and using computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
