Key Responsibilities:
Drive the spec to offer the best technical and value-added product and system solutions for emerging industrial vertical markets. Identify customers' technical pain points during the life cycle and translate them into new engineering requirements for products, tools, software, and field solutions. Review complex electrical wiring designs in AC or DC, including accessories and connectivity with the overall system, to provide the best-in-class installation procedures, innovative hands-on solutions, and field testing. Initiate and launch novel service solutions such as Southwire's cable repair kits, emergency nitrogen purging services, labor-saving estimators, calculator tools, and GO vs. NO-GO testing recommendations.
